Disclaimer, Order Processing & Refunds
Refunds will only be issued at my discretion and if I choose to cancel your order. However, I have policies in place to protect the buyer.
All Commissions
I guarantee that you will receive full service and that your commission will be delivered within one month or you will receive your money back. Upon placing an order, you acknowledge that you may not receive your commission for up to one month following its processing date. If you’ve ordered a commission and have a deadline that you’d like me to complete your poem or article by, please email me as soon as possible or let me know in your order form so I can best accommodate you.
When ordering a commission, I reserve the right to refuse your topic for any reason, such as if your topic involves blatant cruelty or prejudice, or if I cannot meet the requirements of your formatting request. I will promptly begin working on your order once payment has been processed, so refunds will only be issued if I refuse your topic or do not deliver your order within one month.
Furthermore, I retain the right to my own content regardless of whether it is a poem or article. By placing an order, you agree that I may publish what I have written for you (on this site, on social media, or elsewhere). By buying a poem, you agree that (though you are certainly welcome to post and share your commission wherever you’d like) you will never publish it on my behalf. By having an article or poem commissioned, you agree that you will always give me credit where legally applicable.
Tutoring Services
I guarantee that you will receive full service and that once you place an order, I’ll reach out to you within 3 days to schedule your 1st session. I’ll do my absolute best to work with you so that you won’t have to wait more than about one week between sessions or for your 1st session. Weekly or twice-weekly sessions can consistently be held on the same days and at the same times with few exceptions.
I will always reschedule or give you a refund if you’ve ordered one or more tutoring sessions that (due to unforeseen circumstances) can’t be withheld on my end. However, such refunds will only be issued if I fail to provide you with tutoring services within two weeks of your order.
Scheduling depends on your availability as well as mine. Should more than two weeks pass where tutoring services cannot be provided due to your availability, I will not issue a refund.
Should more than one month pass where you have placed an order, but I am unable to contact you, or we cannot schedule a session due to your availability, it will be at my discretion as to whether I provide you with my service.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, double-check your bank account.
- Then, contact your credit card company.
- Next, contact your bank. There tends to be some processing time before a refund is posted.
